This is an opportunity to promote the event Visit Vietnam Year 2024 - Dien Bien; introduce the potential and strengths of Dien Bien to friends and people of Ha Noi, thereby promoting investment in fields of economic - cultural - social and attract tourism businesses and tourists to Dien Bien.

The highlight is Opening Ceremony with the special art program "Dien Bien - The Call of the Mountains" taking place at 8:00 p.m. on December 15. It is an invitation for tourists from near and far to come to Dien Bien for experiences, new aspirations, and new journeys.

Dien Bien cultural colors in Ha Noi

Street cultural parade and community activity introduces traditional cultural colors and folk cultural games of Dien Bien ethnic people at 9:30 p.m. on December 16, presenting cultural activities with vibrant colors such as performing traditional costumes of ethnic groups, experiencing folk games of throwing còn (cloth ball),  playing tù lu (a folk game), flute dancing, xoe dancing, dragon spraying rain, birds chasing...

The exhibition "From Dien Bien Phu in 1954 to Ha Noi - Dien Bien Phu in the air in 1972" introduces the stature and meaning of the Dien Bien Phu Victory in 1954, the Dien Bien Phu Victory in the Air in 1972.

Besides, there are 30 booths promoting Dien Bien culture and cuisine, introducing tours in Dien Bien, showing OCOP agricultural products, typical rural industrial products, and craft village products.

Dien Bien province will also organize a conference on tourism promotion in order to introduce the beauty of the land, people, culture, history, traditional cultural features, tourist destinations, tourism products and services of Dien Bien province.
